Macharnudo

An unfortified Palomino from a four-hectare plot in Macharnudo, seventy-four metres above sea level. The vines grow on chalk, limestone, clay and sand. After pressing, the juice ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless-steel and epoxy-lined tanks. Production is roughly 150 cases.
