Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC

Lambrusco di Sorbara is refermented in the bottle. The wine is lightly sparkling and dry. Red berry, violet, citrus and bread-dough aromas accompany raspberry, grapefruit and ginger, with crisp acidity. The colour is bright pink and the bubbles are fine and persistent. The fruit comes from sandy soils around Soliera in Modena, and the wine is finished with a crown cap.

Deep pink with a fine, lively mousse. Strawberry, raspberry and tart cherry lead, followed by mandarin and a subtle woodland note. The palate is dry and penetrating, its brisk acidity and mineral line balanced by a smooth, velvety texture. Red fruit stays vivid through the finish, which is clean, savoury and quietly persistent.
