IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert

Pale yellow with golden highlights, opening on fresh flowers and ripe exotic fruit. The palate is fleshy but composed, with rounded fruit held in balance by a clear line of freshness. Harmonious and approachable rather than overtly rich, it finishes clean and gently aromatic. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with shellfish, grilled fish and simply dressed seafood.
