IGP Costières de Nîmes

Lime blossom and citrus appear with a light toasted note. The palate is ample, vivid and mineral, and freshness is also present. The fruit comes from old Roussanne vines in Costières de Nîmes. Suggested service is 11 to 12°C. Pairings include lobster salad, grilled sea bass and veal with morels. Cellaring potential is three to five years.

Pale, brilliant yellow colour accompanies citrus, white flowers and other fine exotic aromas. The texture is creamy and fine, with freshness, minerality and a long finish. The Roussanne grows on rolled-pebble soils in southern France. Vinification and maturation take place in small ten-hectolitre foudres and Burgundy barrels. The wine is produced under IGP Costières de Nîmes.
