I Terreni di Sanseverino Moro

Made entirely from Montepulciano, the wine has intense ruby-red colour. Red cherry and morello cherry appear with vanilla, spice and black pepper. The palate has structure, savoury character and complexity. Grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of October. Maceration lasts fifteen days. Maturation includes twelve months in fine-grained Allier oak and twelve months of bottle ageing. Alcohol is 13.5 percent.
