Graves
Château des Gravières 2022 Graves Rouge
A lightly woody, toasted nose opens with prune and licorice. Fleshy and robust on the palate, the wine carries its depth with measured balance and a generous, structured feel. The finish is firm and long, keeping the profile classic and composed. Serve with roast beef, lamb shoulder, grilled mushrooms or a slow-cooked lentil dish.
Chateau Des Gravieres 2024 Graves Blanc
Citrus, white peach, lychee and exotic fruit form a bright, finely detailed nose. Round yet fresh, the palate balances supple texture with clear fruit and a firm mineral line. A long, persistent finish keeps the wine composed and energetic. Serve with oysters, grilled prawns, white fish or light summer dishes.
Le Clarence de Haut-Brion 2010 Graves
Fresh red berries emerge after a little air, joined by cocoa and finely measured spice. The palate opens soft and composed, then gains depth through concentrated fruit and a firm but polished structure. Merlot gives the centre a supple feel, while the Cabernet varieties add shape, freshness and length. The finish is persistent and balanced, carrying red fruit, cocoa and subtle savoury detail with a calm, refined character.
Mejean 2019 Graves
A structured Graves with blackberry and cassis, joined by sweet spice, hazelnut and a lightly earthy bark note. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, with succulent dark fruit framed by firm, polished tannins. Flavourful and composed on the finish, it is a natural partner for grilled beef, roast lamb, mushrooms or aged hard cheese.
