Pure Chardonnay fruit and floral notes appear in a crisp, precise white. The blend is ninety percent Chardonnay and ten percent Pinot Blanc. Fruit comes from a north-east-facing site at the foot of the Givry slope, on clay-limestone soil. Grapes are gently pressed and settled before slow fermentation in French oak. Fine-lees ageing continues for twelve months in barrel.

French Red
Dark berries, clove and exotic spice appear in this Pinot Noir from Burgundy. The wine is medium- to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with powdery tannins and succulent acidity. Produced in Givry within Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise, this red draws on several village parcels with clay-limestone soils. The overall profile is deeper and brooding, with concentrated character.

Blossom honey and citrus lead the nose, joined by lilies and dried apricot as the wine opens. The palate is juicy and rounded, with ripe stone fruit, a light vanilla nuance and enough fresh acidity to keep the texture lively.
