Emilia IGP

A lightly sparkling rosé with a medium-pink colour, ripe red cherry and delicate white-flower aromas. The palate is clean and approachable, balancing fresh fruit, gentle mineral notes and a creamy texture through a persistent finish. Made from Lambrusco Marani in Emilia, it should be served chilled as an aperitif or alongside charcuterie, light first courses, white meats, fried seafood or pizza.

Faded red in colour, this organic frizzante opens with fresh blueberry and wild-strawberry aromas. The palate is lightly structured, with mild acidity, gentle tannins and a lively sparkle. Made in Emilia-Romagna from organically grown fruit, it carries a dry, refreshing profile and ten-and-one-half percent alcohol. Serve lightly chilled with prosciutto, fresh or moderately aged cheeses, homemade pasta, pizza or charcuterie.
