Canadian White
Pear and citrus meet a mineral undertone in this clean, refreshing Pinot Blanc. The fruit came from Winter's Hill Estate Vineyard in Dundee Hills, Oregon, after cold damage reduced the Okanagan harvest. The wine was made and bottled at the Naramata Bench winery. The project includes grower Russell Gladhart, and total production was three hundred twenty cases.

Lavender, wild berry and peppercorn appear with cherry, raspberry, black tea and stony mineral notes. The texture is velvety, and the finish is long and vibrant with floral perfume and spicy accents. Pinot Noir comes from the Dundee Hills in Oregon. The growing season included a cool spring, a warm summer and a cooler September, with harvest beginning late that month.
Stoller Family Estate 2021 Dundee Hills Chardonnay
American White
Chardonnay opens with wet stone and lemon tart. Persimmon and starfruit appear with firm vibrancy and tension. The finish is clean and taut, with plusher fruit flavours lingering. Fruit comes from south-facing Dundee Hills sections planted on well-drained red Jory soil. Fermentation and ageing use stainless steel, concrete and neutral French oak, followed by three months together in tank.
Sokol Blosser 2017 Peach Tree Block Pinot Noir
American Red
Clover florals accompany sweet, juicy brambly berry fruit and light, ripened tannins. Cooked bacon, cherry, caramel and spice are also present, with a complex mouthfeel and soft tannins. The finish includes liquorice. This Pinot Noir comes from the Peach Tree Block in Dundee Hills, within Oregon's Willamette Valley. The vineyard includes Pommard and Dijon 777 clones, and the wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol.
