Abouriou, Cabernet Franc and Merlot form this red blend. Merlot and Cabernet Franc are destemmed and fermented in vats, while Abouriou is vinified in whole clusters with semi-carbonic maceration. Maturation lasts about ten to twelve months in foudres, older barrels and concrete before slight filtration. Red and dark fruit appear with spice, lively structure and an alcohol level of twelve-and-a-half percent.

The red profile is supple, fruity and spicy. Its parcels have clay-gravel and clay-limestone soils. Grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Semi-carbonic maceration lasts about ten days with indigenous yeasts. Maturation lasts twelve months in large oak and used barrels. The wine contains thirteen percent alcohol, and Abouriou is the principal red grape in the cuvée.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah are vinified separately in open concrete vats with gentle extraction. Dark colour accompanies preserved black fruit, blueberry, ripe blackberry, cassis and prune. Peony and dried chrysanthemum appear with resinous, balsamic notes recalling pine and cypress. Ripe tomato, pink pepper and Espelette pepper are also present. The vines grow in clay-gravel soils over grey marl molasse, and the vineyard is farmed biodynamically.

Floral, taut and enveloping, with grapefruit and stone-fruit notes. The blend combines Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon. Vines are farmed biodynamically on clay and gravel above blue marl. Cellar details include slow pressing, cold settling, fermentation and ageing in foudres and concrete. The wine comes from the Côtes du Marmandais in the southwest of France.
