Blackcurrant and black cherry lead a ripe, creamy profile, with licorice and mint adding lift and savoury detail. The palate is generous and supple, balancing dark fruit with fresh structure rather than heavy extraction. Merlot provides roundness, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. Give it a little air, then serve with roast lamb, grilled beef, mushrooms or firm cheeses.

French Red
Cherry, cassis and ripe red fruit accompany a supple, velvety texture, fine tannins, freshness and a lightly mineral finish. The blend combines Merlot and Malbec. Grapes are harvested by hand and sorted twice. Parcel selections undergo maceration and fermentation in neutral tanks, followed by ageing in vessels chosen for the conditions and yield of the harvest. Alcohol is twelve percent.

Fresh cherry and raspberry notes sit above a delicate texture, with acidity and gentle sweetness in balance. The Merlot comes from vines more than twenty-five years old on silty soils with clay, gravel and clay-limestone around Bourg and Lansac. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and macerated for three weeks, with indigenous fermentation in concrete. Maturation combines concrete and 300-litre barrels.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet Franc make up the blend. Red and black fruit include raspberry, blueberry and cherry, alongside liquorice, thyme, rosemary and mineral notes. The wine is supple and smooth, concentrated, fruity, round and full. The finish is notably long, and the average vine age is forty years. This red comes from Côtes de Bourg in Bordeaux.

French Red
Red and black fruit, raspberry, blueberry and cherry are joined by liquorice, dried wild herbs and mineral tones. The palate is soft, creamy, fruity, round and concentrated, with a long finish. The vineyard is planted mainly to Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec on limestone slopes beneath brown clay. The wine ages for twelve months in French oak barrels.

French Red
Wild dark fruit, cassis and mulberry meet pencil shavings and spice. The wine is medium-to-full-bodied and round, with firm tannins and a long liquorice finish. Made entirely from Merlot in Côtes de Bourg, it combines showy fruit with graceful tannin. Its fruit, spice, pencil-shaving and liquorice notes accompany the rounded body and firm structure. Roundness and tannin remain part of the same profile.
