Corbières AOC

Black-fruit aromas accompany a round, ample and fleshy palate with cassis, blackberry and roasted-coffee notes. The blend is 45 percent Syrah, 20 percent Mourvèdre, 20 percent Grenache and 15 percent old-vine Carignan. The fruit comes from clay-limestone soils on Montagne d’Alaric. After destemming, each variety is vinified separately under controlled temperatures, with maceration lasting twelve to fifteen days.
