Schug 2014 Carneros Chardonnay 375 mL
American White
Pale straw colour accompanies apple, citrus, mallow, butterscotch and vanilla. The body is light and bright. Fruit comes from the estate, Wildcat Mountain, Sangiacomo Tallgrass, Leveroni, Ricci and Iund vineyards, with 91 percent from Carneros and nine percent from Sonoma Valley. The wine was fully barrel-fermented and aged on its lees for eight months in French Allier oak, 21 percent new.
Starmont 2016 Carneros Pinot Noir 375 mL
American Red
Black cherry and raspberry appear with earth and a hint of oak. The palate is balanced and structured, with medium weight, acidity and a bright finish. Pinot Noir was hand harvested and sorted before fermentation in open and closed tanks. Both native and selected yeasts were used. The wine spent eleven months in French oak, twenty percent of it new, and was bottled without fining.

American White
Flower and cream notes sit alongside peach custard, honeysuckle and papaya. The blend brings together Chardonnay, Viognier, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc and carries 14.2 percent alcohol. Carneros vineyards lie one to four miles from San Pablo Bay, where cool afternoon breezes are often strong and daytime temperatures rarely exceed eighty degrees. The appellation's average growing season runs from April 1 to November 1.
Truchard Estate 2017 Roussanne
American White
Floral aromas of pineapple, honeysuckle and jasmine include brioche and vanilla. The palate is crisp, with pear, honeydew melon and apricot. Bright acidity accompanies a lengthy finish of citrus, mineral and spice. Whole clusters were pressed, and the wine matured for six months on its lees in French oak, with twenty percent new wood. Alcohol is 14.1 percent.
