The wine is red, carries the Bourgogne Passetoutgrain designation and contains twelve percent alcohol.
Domaine Duroché 2022 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain
French Red
Pinot Noir and Gamay form this red blend from Burgundy. The estate uses moderate extraction and no sulphur during fermentation. Maturation takes place in barrels, with little new oak, for twelve months without racking. Each cru is assembled in tank before bottling. No fining is used, while filtration is rare and kept light when required.
