Fresh, lively fruit is supported by firm minerality and dusty spice in a sleek profile without new-oak influence. The Pinot Noir comes from parcels spread across Premeaux-Prissey, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée. Rich colour and a structured profile accompany elegance and typicity when young. It is a regional expression from the Côte de Nuits and the surroundings of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

French White
Ripe and honeyed aromas accompany an open, buttery and creamy palate packed with sun-filled fruit. Firm, steely acidity brings balance, with a small liquorice note on the finish. Chardonnay comes from parcels in Puligny and Meursault, divided eighty and twenty percent. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, followed by twelve months in 350-litre barrels, twenty percent new.

French White
Ripe apple, chalk and white flowers are present. The texture is supple and round, with a clean, refreshing finish. Chardonnay comes from the Grands Champs parcel in Gevrey-Chambertin. The grapes are lightly crushed before pressing. The must ferments and matures primarily in used demi-muids on fine lees. The colour is pale yellow with golden reflections, and alcohol is twelve and a half percent.

The two adjacent Pinot Noir vineyard parcels located in Gevrey-Chambertin are named Grands Champs and Prunier. Together they cover one third of a hectare, with each parcel equal in area and similarly planted. Their clay-rich soils are associated with roundness, structure and power. Average production from the two parcels is seven Burgundy barrels per harvest.

Deep colour accompanies ripe black-fruit aromas and mineral notes. Big red and black fruit meet a structured yet supple, fresh and layered character with ripe tannins. Toasty mineral notes mark the finish. The Pinot Noir grows in Les Lameroses between Les Vaux and Volnay. Fruit, mineral detail and tannins accompany the supple, fresh and layered character.

Ripe orchard fruit opens with gentle spice and a light floral lift. The palate is broad and concentrated, reflecting the warm, sheltered site, yet fresh acidity and a rocky mineral line keep the Chardonnay focused. Subtle oak adds texture without overwhelming the fruit, while a faint nutty note develops with air. The finish is long, rich and composed. Serve cool with roasted fish, poultry, foie gras or creamy mushroom dishes.
