Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru

Sautéed cherry and plum are joined by roasted meat, warm spice and an earthy, soil-driven note. The palate is fullish yet transparent, with excellent focus, tangy acidity and tannins that have softened with age. Its mature savoury character remains poised, finishing refined and balanced. Decant gently for sediment and serve with duck, game birds, venison or mushrooms.
