Bardolino

Small red fruit, orange, spice and cinnamon accompany a balanced palate with silky tannins, acidity and a long saline finish. Corvina and Rondinella come from the south-facing Brol Grande vineyard at 190 metres. The vines are twenty-two years old. Fermentation is spontaneous in concrete, and the wine is Organic. Suggested service is 15°C, with pairings including red meat and medium-aged cheeses.
