Blackberry, raspberry and red-fruit notes accompany delicate oak. The palate is rich and balanced, with smooth tannins. Mourvèdre makes up seventy percent of the blend, with twenty percent Cinsault and ten percent Syrah. The grapes are organically cultivated and harvested by hand. Maturation lasts eighteen months in traditional foudres and barrels. The colour is dense ruby red.

Mourvèdre forms the core, with Grenache in support. The cuvée is made with gentle crushing without destemming, native-yeast fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete and extended maceration. Long ageing follows in seasoned oak foudres. Freshness and firm tannins are central to the house style, placing grape composition, maceration and long foudre ageing at the centre of this traditional red.

Structured and built for long ageing, the documented profile emphasizes volume, mass and amplitude. Those elements recede through the finish, leaving finesse, sweetness and fruit-shaped tannins. The estate also records fine tannin extraction, ripeness and minerality. Together, the notes describe a concentrated red whose scale settles into a detailed, composed and distinctly mineral, precisely defined close.
