Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru

Red and black fruits lead, with cherry and strawberry named in the producer’s profile. The palate is full-bodied and generous, carried by a powerful tannic structure. Hand harvesting, complete destemming and fermentation in stainless steel precede twelve months in French oak, including a small proportion of new barrels. Fruit and tannin remain the central features through the finish.
