Made entirely from the rare Pjcol Ross Lambrusco grape, this dry red sparkling wine uses the traditional method. Fine bubbles, brisk acidity and firm tannins give it a rustic, energetic shape. Serve with roasted chestnuts, cured meats, oysters or game.
