Crushed red berries, pomegranate, ruby grapefruit and cranberry shape this bright, lightly effervescent piquette. Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon pomace provides the fruit base, while gin botanicals add a subtle juniper and herbal edge. The palate is dry, light and refreshing, finishing with a delicate saline note. Serve very cold with picnic fare, charcuterie, fresh cheese or grilled vegetables.
