Cherry, strawberry and watermelon lead this generous rosé, with redcurrant and a light bramble note adding freshness and detail. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Malbec and Cabernet Franc form the blend, with fruit drawn off the skins early in the saignée method. The palate is full-flavoured yet balanced, finishing clean and lively. Serve chilled with summer salads, grilled salmon or lightly spiced dishes.
