Black Doris plum, raspberry, black cherry and strawberry conserve lead a fragrant, generous Pinot Noir. Cinnamon and clove add savoury spice around a dense, lively palate. Fruit from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys was hand-harvested, chilled and sorted, with partial whole-bunch fermentation before sixteen months in French oak. The finish is long and energetic, balancing ripe fruit with fine structure.
