Deep tawny colour accompanies complex nutty aromas, honey and figs. The palate carries rich, mature fruit flavours, a mellow texture and a long finish. Component wines mature in seasoned oak casks of 534 litres for an average of ten years. The house blends them to a consistent style. The finished Port contains twenty percent alcohol. Serve slightly chilled as an aperitif or after a meal.
