Cono Sur Organic Rosé

Cherry, strawberry and wild-berry notes accompany a juicy palate with strong acidity and balance. Made from organically grown Pinot Noir in Chile’s Bío Bío Valley, the rosé comes from grapes hand picked in March on red-clay soils. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The wine carries thirteen percent alcohol and is served between ten and twelve degrees Celsius.

About Cono Sur
Viña Cono Sur was founded in Chile in 1993 and draws on vineyards in different parts of the country. It began an organic vineyard project in 2000; organic parcels and biodiversity projects remain part of its farming today.
