Barbera from the Langhe and Roero area spends six months in barrel. The vineyards stand on high and mid-hillsides over compact clayey marl and calcareous marl. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation after seven to eight days on the skins. The estate sits above the Tanaro River at Santa Vittoria d’Alba, and its tower dates to 1386.

Santa Vittoria sits high above the Tanaro valley in the village of Santa Vittoria d'Alba, with a castle tower dating to 1386. Its vineyards occupy marine-origin soils dominated by sand and calcareous sandstone. The range includes Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Arneis and Moscato.
