Its aromatic profile suits spicy dishes, savoury pies, risotto and pasta in white sauces. The estate presents Muscat of Spina as one of the queens of Crete’s native grape varieties, and the exact release carries 13 percent alcohol and 1.87 grams per litre of residual sugar.
