Chartron et Trébuchet 2024 Bourgogne Chardonnay
$39.99
Classic straw-yellow colour shows golden reflections. Yellow-fleshed fruit, herbs and dried fruit shape a broad, intense bouquet. The palate is round, rich, nearly unctuous and fresh. Chardonnay comes from limestone soils on northwest-facing vineyards around three hundred metres above sea level. The vines are trained to espalier at a density of approximately 3,500 plants per hectare.

About Chartron et Trébuchet
Domaine owner Jean-René Chartron and wine merchant Louis Trébuchet founded Chartron et Trébuchet in Puligny-Montrachet in 1984. White wines from Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet established its early reputation. The range later grew to include red wines from across Burgundy and Crémant de Bourgogne made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The house makes and matures wines from carefully selected parcels, with an emphasis on ripe fruit and patient cellar work.
