About Le Raisin et l’Ange
Le Raisin et l’Ange is a father-and-son project in southern Ardèche, shaped by Gilles and Antonin Azzoni’s shared commitment to organic farming and low-intervention wine. Antonin now leads the company while Gilles continues to tend a small parcel. Most of the fruit comes from nearby growers whose grapes are certified organic or moving through certification.
The producer works closely with those growers. Native yeasts carry the fermentations, and the wines are neither filtered nor given added sulphites. Blends may change with the vintage.
