Ruby red in colour, the wine presents red fruit, liquorice and subtle vanilla aromas. Its fruity structure is soft and long, with a refreshing, mineral finish. The blend contains ninety percent Sangiovese and ten percent Canaiolo. Vinification takes place in vats with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, followed by seven months in French oak and a further seven months in bottle.
