Deep amber in colour, this aperitif shows fig, Agen prune and fresh walnut. Sweetness is balanced by freshness in the walnut and prune aromas. Fresh grape juice is combined with spirit distilled from marc, then aged in barrels for 24 to 36 months. It is a traditional aperitif from Quercy. Serve at 10°C. Suggested pairings include foie gras and chocolate desserts.
