Lemon, yellow apple and lightly exotic fruit lead a precise, restrained bouquet. Gentle smoke, herbs and a subtle reductive note add savoury complexity without masking the fruit. The palate is bright and saline, with high acidity balanced by a fine creamy texture and discreet oak. Long and elegant, it closes with citrus, herbs and a clean mineral finish.

About Moritz Kissinger
Moritz Kissinger represents the fourth generation of his family’s winegrowing work around Uelversheim in Germany’s Rheinhessen region. The estate farms vineyards on limestone-influenced soils and works Riesling, Pinot varieties and other grapes suited to its sites. Kissinger’s producer identity is separate from similarly named estates, with the Rheinhessen registry confirming the Uelversheim address and ownership context.
The regional record describes the vineyards as organically farmed, while the producer discusses biodynamic-oriented practices without asserting certification. Individual wines may use varied vessels and cellar approaches, so no single cuvée is treated as the estate’s permanent method. Moritz Kissinger's work remains rooted in Uelversheim, Rheinhessen, with family vineyards and organic farming.
