Mahogany in the glass, with ripe and dried fruit unfolding beside citrus peel, herbs and a subtle trace of smoked wood. The palate is velvety and balanced, combining generous sweetness with enough bitterness to keep the profile composed. Nutty character gathers on the finish, leaving a savoury, gently bitter echo. Serve well chilled over ice with orange peel, or use it to bring depth to a Manhattan or Negroni.

About Lustau
José Ruiz-Berdejo founded Lustau in 1896, ageing wine at Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza for sale to larger Sherry exporters. Emilio Lustau Ortega later moved the house into Jerez and began selling its own brands in 1945.
Today, Lustau produces across Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with six restored nineteenth-century cellar buildings in Jerez. Its wines range from dry and sweet Sherries to vermouth.
