Juicy dark fruit leads with plum and berry depth, followed by a measured thread of warm spice. The palate is supple and smoothly layered, with Grenache bringing lift, Shiraz adding body and Mourvedre contributing savoury shape. Concrete fermentation helps preserve a rounded, composed texture. Generous without feeling heavy, it closes with dark fruit, soft spice and a quietly persistent Barossa warmth.

About Grant Burge
Grant Burge Wines draws on five generations of Barossa grape growing, with the Burge family's regional roots reaching back into the nineteenth century. In 1865, Meshach Burge installed fermenting tanks in a shed so he could make wine to share with family and friends. The modern Grant Burge name dates to 1988.
The range draws on the Barossa Valley and the higher, rockier Eden Valley. Craig Stansborough joined the winery in 1993, progressing from cellar manager to senior winemaker.
