Ripe cherry, cedar and cocoa lead, with tobacco and dark spice adding depth. The palate is concentrated and full, built around Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, with substantial fruit and a firm, polished frame. Oak contributes warmth and structure while the savoury notes keep the richness composed. Give it air before serving with grilled steak, braised short ribs, roast mushrooms or firm aged cheese.

About B Cellars
B Cellars grew from a chance meeting between Jim Borsack and Duffy Keys in 2002, when both were looking beyond established careers in luxury retail and hospitality. They launched their Napa winery in 2003 with a focus on blends designed to accompany food; Kirk Venge made the first vintage.
Their winery on Oakville Cross Road also welcomes visitors. Blends remain central to the range, alongside single-vineyard wines sourced from across Napa Valley.
