Dark red colour and caramel tones introduce a full, aromatic profile. Vanilla, rhubarb and juniper lead, followed by toasted wood, myrrh and orange peel. The palate is broad but balanced, with clove and cinnamon adding warmth while botanical bitterness checks the sweetness. A lingering bittersweet finish returns to citrus and spice. Serve lightly chilled over ice, or use it to add depth and structure to a Negroni, Manhattan or Milano-Torino.
