The palate is fresh and lightly creamy, with Albariño acidity carrying a measured sweet-bitter balance. Coriander, rosemary and vanilla add depth without masking the bright citrus core, while balsamic herbs keep the texture energetic. The finish is soft, fragrant and persistent. Serve well chilled over ice with an orange twist, or use it in a lighter red-vermouth cocktail.
