Citrus and ripe stone fruit lead a mild, harmonious aroma, followed by white flowers and a fine mineral note. The palate is light yet layered, with fresh acidity giving shape to peachy fruit and a subtle yeast-derived savouriness adding texture. The balance remains clean and composed through a pleasantly long finish. Serve well chilled with grilled fish, soft cheese, spring vegetables or a lightly dressed grain salad.
