Wildflower honey gives a fragrant, gently floral aroma with soft wax and meadow notes. The palate is medium-sweet but clean, carrying rounded honey flavour without becoming dense. A light freshness through the middle keeps the texture poised, while the simple, direct character lets the regional honey remain central. The finish is smooth, balanced and quietly persistent. Serve lightly chilled with roasted poultry, aged cheddar, apple tart or a restrained cheese course.
