The palate is bittersweet and finely balanced, with orange peel, gentian and wormwood bringing definition without heaviness. A soft botanical sweetness rounds the centre before the profile turns drier and more herbal. The finish is clean, elegant and persistent. Serve over ice with tonic or in a white Negroni.
