Main Street Brewing Premium Pilsner

Crisp, clean and naturally carbonated, this premium pilsner pairs classic Saaz-hop character with a measured blend of old- and new-world malts. The palate is light and composed, with gentle grain, a restrained herbal edge and enough bitterness to keep the finish dry and refreshing. Serve cold with roast chicken, grilled sausages, fish and chips, mild cheddar, pizza or simply salted snacks.

About Main Street Brewing Company
Main Street Brewing opened its Mount Pleasant brewery in 2014, following an earlier contract-brewed pilsner. Its home is the restored Vancouver Breweries Garage, built in 1913 in the district historically known as Brewery Creek.
Alongside its year-round beers, the brewery makes Tunnerman’s cask ales and the barrel-aged and wild-fermented Garage Series, and collaborates with other British Columbia breweries. A tasting room, patio and changing food partners make the old garage a neighbourhood gathering place.
