Crisp and highly drinkable, this unfiltered German-style Leichtbier carries more flavour than its light frame initially suggests. The profile stays direct and refreshing, with a clean structure suited to easy drinking rather than heaviness. Brewed in collaboration with Cabin Brewing, it works well served cold with bratwurst, schnitzel, soft pretzels, roast chicken, potato salad or mild alpine cheese.
