Watermelon and pineapple arrive first, followed by cool melon and hard-candy notes. Anchovy hops lead the blend, with Mosaic and Idaho 7 Dynaboost adding to the tropical profile. The body is rich, the colour remains light, and a distinctive meringue-like texture gives the finish a soft, rounded shape. Serve cold with fish tacos, fried chicken, fresh chèvre, spicy noodles or mango salad.
