A touch of corn sweetness meets a cracker-like malt note, while delicate hopping supplies enough balance without adding weight. Fermentation at a very low temperature leaves the finish crisp and direct. Serve cold with pizza, fried chicken, fish tacos, burgers or salty snacks.
