Moody Ales & Co. Sundew Double IPA

Soft and hazy, with watermelon, papaya and strawberry giving the aroma a bright, fruit-led character. The palate has the breadth expected of a double IPA, but the fruit remains clearly defined rather than heavy or jam-like. Gentle sweetness supports the tropical and red-fruit notes through a composed finish. Serve cold with spicy fried chicken, pork tacos, sharp cheddar, grilled pineapple or barbecue ribs.
