Organic malted barley and hops form a delicate, finely balanced lager, supported by medium-soft water and bottom-fermenting yeast. Low-temperature maturation encourages purity and condition, leaving the palate clean with a soft hop-led finish. The overall shape is restrained, polished and refreshing rather than overtly aromatic. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, fish and chips, grilled sausages, mild cheddar, shellfish or simple vegetable dishes.
