Light-bodied and tart, with Nelson Sauvin hops bringing a distinctive white-wine-like fruit character. Fermentation with house ale yeast and Japanese sake yeast adds lemon peel, honeydew, Gala apple and tannic white-grape notes, giving the wheat-ale base a vinous edge without changing its identity as beer. Serve well chilled with sashimi, grilled prawns, fresh chèvre, citrus-dressed salads or lightly spiced noodles.
