Stone fruit and citrus lead, followed by pineapple and mango in a layered, highly aromatic hop profile. Alora and Solero hops bring distinct but complementary fruit character, while barley, wheat and oats support a pillowy, soft body. Juicy and expressive without relying on added fruit, it keeps the focus on modern hop breeding. Serve well chilled with spicy fried chicken, pork tacos, grilled halloumi or young cheddar.
