Fresh tangerine leads with bright citrus intensity, followed by vanilla, orange zest and coconut. The fruit is generous and vivid, while vanilla rounds the sharper edges and coconut adds a softer, richer layer. The result is a full-flavoured fruited sour with a dessert-like profile that still keeps its citrus clearly defined. Serve cool with spicy fried chicken, fish tacos, soft cheese or a citrus-led dessert.

About Backcountry Brewing
Backcountry Brewing grew from a Christmas-party meeting where five future owner-operators recognized that their complementary skills could turn a shared idea into a brewery. They chose Squamish—the hometown of head brewer John Folinsbee—and opened the brewery, tasting room, kitchen and retail store in 2017.
The brewing programme balances a year-round core with more than fifty limited releases annually. The tasting room is inspired by a 1970s ski cabin; the brewery also has a kitchen and seasonal patio.
