Slightly tart and fruit-led, this Berliner Weisse-style ale combines blackberries with vanilla and lactose. Blackberry brings a vivid dark-fruit note, while vanilla and milk sugar round the acidity and give the palate a softer, dessert-like edge. The finish remains bright enough to keep the profile refreshing rather than heavy. Serve well chilled with chèvre, roast duck, berry tart or vanilla panna cotta.
